New Year, New Programs

“Name UB’s New “Elite Team”We are so excited to announce that January 1, 2007 we will be rolling out a new program for all Consultants. It’s a 90 day plan to achieve Team Leader status with lots of prizes and incentives along the way. But the best part is, anyone who completes this 90 day challenge will become part of an exclusive group of Consultants who will receive special recognition, preferred seating at conventions, annual invitation-only retreats, and more!

Now for the details of this exciting new program. For now we’ll call it “UB’s Elite Team” until the winning Consultant comes up with the program’s real name. The purpose of this program is to provide a road map for new consultants to reach Team Leader status within 90 days of signing up. It takes some work and a go-getter’s attitude, but the extra rewards we’ve added will definitely help keep you motivated to succeed!The 90 day program is broken up into three 30 day goals to help you stay on track.
Here are the three steps in the program:

STEP 1 (1st 30 days):$700 in retail sales volume (about 3 parties)Your starter kit gives you the first $450 in RSV – only $250 more to go!Add one Team Member (do you have a buddy that wants to do UB with you?)Receive a MyScents 3 Oil Collection and an assortment of hostess gift & prize items free!

STEP 2 (2nd 30 days):$750 in retail sales volume (about 4 parties)Add one Team MemberReceive an Urban Botanic apron to wear at parties, a custom nametag, and a big bundle of Party Invitations, Product Brochures, and Career Plan Brochures free!

STEP 3 (3rd 30 days):$1000 in retail sales volume (about 5 parties)Add one Team MemberYou’ll be a member of “UB’s Elite Team” and you’ll receive $300!SPONSOR

REWARD:When a consultant helps a new Team Member complete the “UB’s Elite Team” program, the sponsoring Consultant will receive $150 at the end of the team members 90 day qualification period.Notes On Qualification:The RSV and Team Members are not required within the 30 day step. As long as the new consultant has an RSV of $2450 and three 1st Level Team members within 90 days of signing up, they are qualified for “UB’s Elite Team” and all other rewards associated. The three 30 day steps are only there to help give you “bite-sized” goals to keep on track.

Not to mention you will have become Team Leader in 90 days. The commissions and bonuses you will have earned along the way add up to at least $1130. Maintenance For “UB’s Elite Team”:

In order to maintain your position in Team Elite year after year, simply maintain a Team Leader or higher rank in the Consultant Career Plan.

Current Consultants Can Become Elite Too: All Consultants who signed up prior to January 1, 2007 have the opportunity to follow this program and become part of Team Elite. Their start date for the 90 days is Jan 1. All Consultants who signed up on or after January 1, 2007 will have 90 days from the date of their sign up to complete the program.”

I am so excited about this new program. Even though I am already a team leader, I am going to become a part of this new Elite Team. I am going to meet this goal every three months this next year. Want to join me? You won’t be sorry.

Much Ado About Something

What is all the noise I hear? It is all about Urban Botanic, (www.urbanbotanic.com/sandrasparties). In the last couple of months, consultant sign ups have exploded. And that is really exciting. It is not often that a new, great company comes along that has so much to offer.

The basic premise is this- as an Independent Scent Consultant, you help women create their own signature fragrance. The possibilities are endless with our 66 different oils. The guests then can add their scent creation into perfume, lotion or other products.

Women all over the country are realizing the great potential for becoming a consultant with Urban Botanic. Not only are the consultants rewarded financially, but we also get the satisfaction of helping others succeed as we introduce the opportunity to become consultants to other women.

Urban Botanic parties are so unique and fun that booking parties is easier than ever. After one party, guests will be asking you to do a party for them. Flexability

I started a new day job. I am now the In School Suspension Coordinator for a Jr. High School. That’s a fancy way to say that if a student needs a time out, my room is the place they get sent- for either that class period or all day or longer. Some days it really feels LONGER! But really, they are good kids that are just making bad choices in their lives. I hope to help them change the choices they are making.

There are days that a teacher needs a substitute and the one called doesn’t show up. That happened last week and again today. Last week all the science teachers were gone, a couple of subs didn’t show up and a couple of the other teachers called in sick. So there was no time out that day, and I was a Science teacher for two days. I got to meet some of the students that otherwise I would never get to know. It was great and I really enjoyed it and it was a plus that I could actually teach the material because I knew it. Today, the assigned sub for the Woodshop teacher didn’t show up until an hour into the day. So, I was called upon to be the woodshop teacher. Luckily it was only during homeroom and silent reading. I can do woodwork, but I am not sure I could have handled being in the shop in dress clothes with a bunch of jr. high kids though. But as luck would have it, my personality profile is “Woodsy” so maybe it would have come out ok afterall.

Time Flies When You are Having Fun

December 1st. I can’t believe it is almost the end of the year already. Where did the time go? My mother used to say that time goes by fast. When I was younger, I didn’t believe her. Really, to a young Jr. High school student, the days just drag on and on and on. But now that I am a mother of 7, I can’t believe how fast the time really does go. Maybe it has something to do with the time/space continuim. Or maybe I just have so much to do, that I just don’t have enough time to do it all.
I just started working for a Jr. High, I am still working a couple of hrs. a day at my old job helping them out while they transition to me being gone and then I go home to be mom, which is an equivilance of 3 full time jobs in and of itself. Then a couple nights a week I work at the job that is the most fun- Urban Botanic. I m having so much fun doing parties and helping women find that perfect scent for themselves. And now is the best time to make personalized scented products. They make the best gifts. And we have something for everyone. And our products are the best in the world. They are even safe for babies, you know those that have all the time in the world ahead of them.
